Nutrition Counseling for individuals, couples, families: Here is what typically happens at an initial nutrition counseling visit – we will spend some time talking about what is important to you about your eating habits and your health. I use a collaborative approach whereby I believe my clients are the experts in themselves and I have extensive expertise in nutrition. We will work together to discover the changes that are achievable for you. There are many different ways to eat well and feel well and it is important that I get an idea of what you have tried already, what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what your particular goals are for the next month, 6 months or year. Eventually we discuss some different strategies that you can try to start making progress towards your goals.

Workshops/Seminars/Lunch-and-Learns for groups of all sizes: I can lead a group in a discussion of a nutrition related topic or present a lecture to your group.

Worksite Wellness: Businesses understand that healthy employees are more productive and reduce benefit costs. I provide nutrition education to help employees learn how to make changes to their eating habits to improve their health.

Nutrition Consultations: similar to nutrition counseling, I will talk with you to determine what is important to you and create a plan to get you started on making changes to help you meet your goals.

Home visits: I travel to people’s homes and provide nutrition consults or nutrition counseling in the comfort of one’s own home.
